The Bucentaure class ships of the line were a class of twentyone 80gun third rates, designed for French Navy by JacquesNol San. These powerful ships had a designed crew of around 500, and they were armed with 30 36Pounder guns in the lowerdeck, 32 24Pounder guns in the upperdeck, 18 12Pounder guns in the quarterdeck.

The Tonnant class was a group of eight 80-gun third rates, designed for French Navy by JacquesNol San. These powerful ships of the line had a designed crew of around 780, and they were armed with 30 32Pounder guns in the lowerdeck, 30 24Pounder guns in the upperdeck, 18 24Pounder guns in the quarterdeck, 2 12Pounder guns in the forecastle.

Neptune 1803 / Ville de Varsovie 1808
The Bucentaure class ship Neptune was launched at the beginning of the Napoleonic Wars. After missions on the West Indies, she was used against the British in Mediterranean Sea. During the Battle of Trafalgar she was engaged by Nelson himself, and she dueled with several British ships, surviving the battle. She later became part of the Spanish fleet, named Neptuno, after Spain declared war to France, and spent most of her life under the Spanish flag.
